AI transparency
How Corelay uses AI—and where people stay in control
Corelay builds supervised systems. AI handles repetitive coordination work; people keep authority over the decisions that carry commercial or personal consequences.
AI identifies itself
Where Corelay speaks to your customers—such as Corelay Sell on WhatsApp—it is designed to state clearly that it is the store's AI sales assistant.
People stay accountable
Outreach, pricing, sensitive replies and other consequential actions can require human approval before anything happens.
Limits are configured, not assumed
Volume, cost, channel, pricing and escalation limits are set per workflow and enforced by the system.
Actions can be inspected
We record the action taken, the information used and the person who approved it, so a decision can be reviewed later.
Exceptions reach a person
Ambiguity, risk and unusual requests are routed to a human rather than resolved automatically.
Examples are labelled
Product walkthroughs published on this site use synthetic product and customer information and are labelled as illustrative.
What we will not do
- We do not publish customer logos, testimonials or performance percentages we cannot evidence.
- We do not claim public availability for products that are in private pilot.
- We do not allow autonomous discounting outside seller-approved limits.
- We do not present roadmap features as functionality included in a pilot.
